MINORS-

RACERS 17 AND UNDER MUST HAVE MINOR RELEASE SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS FOR THE FIRST RACE (AT EACH TRACK). IF ONLY ONE PARENT IS ATTENDING, NOTIFY LINDA SPEARS 12 DAYS BEFORE THE 1ST RACE FOR NOTARIZED FORMS TO BE MAILED FOR THE PARENT NOT ATTENDING. Proof of age (Authentic Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Passport, and Military ID, State Id) must be submitted for new riders 17 and under. Please bring these documents with you at your first race.

NEW RIDERS-

All new riders that do not have a current road-racing license with another affiliated ROAD RACING ORGANIZATION(approved by TMGP), must attend the new riders school. New riders will be required to participate in a day of sprint racing and will be required to work two hours on sprint or endurance day, corner working. Corner working is considered part of rider school requirements. Call Linda Spears if you have questions (979-776-8898). Cost of Riders School is $35.00.

Insurance changes worth noting.

1. Helmet MUST BE SNELL 2000 or newer. This will be checked in tech

2. Riders school students will not be allowed in the Endurance race until they have raced for 1 Sprint weekend and meet age restrictions.

3. Minors separated, pocketbikes included:

    

8 to 10 year olds will only be allowed to race Scooter and 12 and under. NO ENDURANCE

   

11 to 12 year olds will not be allowed on Formula 6, Formula 5 or Unlimited bikes or in Formula 5, Motard, Backwards or Unlimited classes and must be evaluated before being allowed in the Endurance Race

   

13 to 15 year olds will not be allowed on Unlimited bikes and must be evaluated before being allowed in Formula 5, Motard, Backwards, Unlimited or the Endurance Race

   

16 to 18 year olds must be evaluated before being allowed on Unlimited bikes or in Formula 5, Motard, Backwards, Unlimited or the Endurance Race

The new fee structure will be:

   

Gate: $8.00 one day $10.00 two day.

   

Endurance: $25.00 per hour.

   

Sprints: $35.00 1st entry, $15 2nd entry, $5 for each additional entry.

   

Pocketbikes: $20.00 1st entry, $10 2nd entry, $5 for each additional entry.

   

License: $35.00

MiniGP 50

- Stock NSR50, NSR100 ask me

Formula 7

- 50cc 2-stroke water-cooled, stock engine, carburetor and exhaust
- 60cc 2-stroke air-cooled, Formula rules
- 110cc 4-stroke air-cooled, Formula rules
- No GP Chassis in entire class
- Among the eligible machines are
stock NSR50R, YSR60cc Superbike, YSR with XR100 motor, XR100 Superbike

Formula 6

- 60cc 2-stroke water-cooled
- 135cc 4-stroke air-cooled, Superbike or Formula rules
- No GP Chassis in entire class

Formula 5

- 65cc 2-stroke water-cooled, any chassis
- 75cc 2-stroke water-cooled, no GP chassis
- 81cc 2-stroke air-cooled, no GP chassis
- 150cc 4-stroke air-cooled, any chassis
- 125cc 4-stroke water-cooled, any chassis

Unlimited

- Upto 85cc 2-stroke, upto 150cc 4-stroke - The CRF150R may be removed from class

Motard

- same as Unlimited in dirt bikes frames without knobbies

Motard 65

- 65cc 2-stroke in dirt bikes frames without knobbies

- CMRA Jr. Motard rules with minor changes to build the class, ask me

PocketBike

- TBD - age 13 and over

SuperPocketBike

- TBD - age 16 and over

Unlimited PocketBike
